4. 🧪 Sample Collection and Reporting
- Home sample collection is available within designated service areas.
- Reports are typically delivered within 24–72 hours, depending on the test.
- All reports are accessible via secure digital platforms or can be collected in person.
5. ❌ Cancellation and Refunds
- In case of hemolyzed sample, loss of sample in transport or retest of sample in case of suspicious results, a credit is raised and the fresh sample is taken.
- In case of cancellation of test after collection of sample due to any reason, a credit note is generated, which can be used for retest.
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days for eligible cancellations.
- No refunds are issued once the sample has been collected.
